It's huge.
It's heavy.
I can cut many things.
It will not slide around.
I knew I needed a *real* cutting board.
I didn't realize what I needed was butcher block.
I love this thing.
I've used it once and I'm hooked.
It's so big that I can put it on the stove top
for extra work surface.
(when the stove's not in use)
So, you know how
you don't know what you've got till it's gone?
Sometimes you don't know what you need till it's here.
