Thanksgiving.
The Holiday.
It may be edging it's way into my favorite.
There doesn't seem to be the big lead up to it
like Christmas and so no big let down.
There is far less drama with Thanksgiving.
I get a bunch of my favorite people all together for a day.
I get to cook like a maniac.
A couple of years ago I figured
out to assign each person

a dish to make sure it gets to the table, so
I can have some wine, relax and watch
the symphony of everybody else getting
dinner on the table.
The candles even get lit now!
